The
Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Care is dedicated to helping
families deal with cancer. By creating The Neely House at The New England
Medical Center, the Foundation provides patients and their families a safe,
comfortable place to stay while undergoing treatment at various Boston
hospitals. The Neely House understands that families, not just patients, need
care too, and the warm comfortable setting of The House allows families to
share their feelings with others while being near loved ones in a non-clinical
setting. Extending their mission to improve the lives of cancer patients, the
Foundation has created The Neely Cancer Fund, which is dedicated to opening new
doors to a cure. As The Neely House continues to be home to patients and their
families from all over New England, it is increasingly important to provide the
support necessary to expedite research initiatives from the laboratory to the
bedside. Support for research fuel the investigations underway at NEMC’s Cancer
Center. |

The
DMSE Foundation was developed by Dave McGillivray and TEAM DMSE, Inc.
Its purpose is to help serve the needs of non-profit organizations that benefit
the physically challenged.
“I believe that each of us who is blessed with good health have a
responsibility to give back to those in need. For twenty five years I have
participated in, and organized hundreds of athletic events, most of which have
had a charitable component. Through these efforts more than 1.5 million dollars
has been raised for a diverse group of charities. The mission of The DMSE
Foundation is to further my commitment, and support to those who truly need
assistance, be they children, the elderly, or the physically
challenged.” |
